Produced in one of the most celebrated growing regions in Guatemala - Antigua Valley. This lot features an outstanding Pacamara variety, dry-processed or “natural”, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed. This coffee will be roasted to order in a light profile to allow the true notes to shine.
